I am extremely privileged to be the Principal at St. Kevin’s and love working alongside our families and staff to support all our amazing children.

My passions outside of school are family (father of three!), motorcycling and supporting the mighty Magpies!

Hello everyone, my name is Andrew Butler and I’m one of the Deputy Principals here at St Kevins; such a vibrant and family orientated school! The students and staff are the heart of our school and we greatly value our relationships and connections. My passions include life in the great outdoors, gardening, mountain bike riding, reading and generally staying fit. I love holidays with my family and having some fun every day!

Supporting teachers to develop independence, responsibility and confidence in themselves whilst being part of a truly welcoming community is what I love about working at St Kevin’s. Outside of school, I love travelling with my family and staying fit.

I am the first person to greet you with a smiling face at St Kevin’s. My role encompasses many hats. I love interacting with our families and students, from Enrolments, fees, newsletters, sick bay and many more.  Out of school I love spending time with my children, husband and friends.  

Hello and Welcome! My name is Michelle, but please call me Chelle (just like all the kids do.)  I love every second of working at St Kevin’s.  I get to meet, help, assist so many parents, children and of course  staff friends.  I proudly call this place my second home.

I am so privileged to be part of our wonderful St Kevin’s family. As the Religious Education Leader, I am excited to share my skills and talents to enrich our school community with the Gospel values.

In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my family.

I am the School Maths Leader and I am passionate about the teaching of Mathematics. I support the teachers to plan and deliver Maths activities that engage all our students.

When I am not at school, I enjoy time with family, walking my dog along the beach, bike riding and catching up with friends.

I love being part of a dynamic, vibrant, caring and energetic staff. We all share our talents and expert skills to help each student be the best learner they can be. St.Kevin’s is truly a family.
Something I love doing is spending time outdoors with my son.

I love that literacy opens a new world for students. It allows them to dream, question, challenge and explore. I get to share my love of literacy and books with them. Shared experiences build relationships. How lucky am I that I get to do that everyday?

A true ‘people person’ who has a passion for teaching and life. I am authentic and always strive to encourage students to become the ‘very best they can be’, academically, physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. My authenticity has enabled me to build strong connections and positive relationships with my peers and the broader St. Kevin’s community. I represent the school and the teaching profession in the community.

As Student Wellbeing Leader, I love working with the students. Every day is different and I enjoy the interactions I have with students across the school. In my Learning Diversity role I support teachers to develop differentiated learning programs.
Outside school I love to exercise and try incorporating mindfulness daily.

I have been working as a chaplain in school settings for 16 years now, and love this work as much now as when I first began. At St Kevin’s my role is largely to support students one on one. My aim is for them to feel supported, valued, empowered and equipped for the many and varied challenges that life provides them with. I love getting to journey with the students, and have loads of fun doing so. Outside of work I love having time with my family, friends, dogs and yoga classes.

I love being part of a school that welcomes everyone into our school community. Everyone is supported to learn and flourish in a collaborative environment.
I enjoy spending time relaxing with my family, reading and playing with our pets

I love that our school is made up of many cultures. The staff are supportive and continually encourage me to be best educator that I can possibly be.

Outside the school setting, I love traveling around the world and exploring the many cultures that our world has to offer.

When I am not at school, I love to sing. As a Choir Leader, I am grateful to share my love for music with our students.

Working at St. Kevin’s feels like being part of a family.

I love teaching the Preps. They are such sponges, always eager to learn new words, phrases and songs.

Outside of school, I love going on adventures with my family, visiting waterfalls and going on walks.

I love that our school is so enthusiastic about our students and their learning. I love that our students get to experience the joy and love in all aspects of our faith community.  Lastly I love all of our wonderful and amazing staff, we are one big family.  

I feel incredibly privileged to be a part of such a vibrant and welcoming school community at St Kevin’s. Teaching is one of the most valuable gifts we can offer to others, as it allows me to focus on the spiritual, academic and social growth of my students. I build meaningful relationships with each child through love, empathy and kindness. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, reading, listening to podcasts, practising Pilates, and watching football-especially when Hawthorn is playing.

Hello everyone, I’m Sarah and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work at a school like St Kevin’s where I feel most welcomed by all. My connection and passion for education is very strong and I look forward to teaching and learning in such a rewarding environment with all staff, students, and families involved. Hi there! I’m Elisabetta. Education excites me, challenges me, energises me, enriches me, and fulfils me. My greatest leader and mentor is Christ, and I find His presence in the community I’m a part of at St. Kevin’s—a place where we can all grow and flourish together.

Outside of school, I’m passionate about my family, cooking up a storm, shoes, having fun, and cheering on the mighty Magpies. I’m thrilled to connect with you and share in this journey of learning and growth!

It’s a privilege working with the St Kevin’s community, where everyone has a strong sense of belonging. I love sharing my knowledge, learning from the children and watching them grow from strength to strength. 

I have been made to feel very welcome by all staff, students and their families. After almost a decade in teaching it is wonderful to be part of such a warm and vibrant school community. I began teaching at St. Kevin’s in 2002. Since then I have held many positions such as Junior Classroom teacher, Junior Library teacher, Visual Arts teacher, Numeracy Intervention teacher and now Middle school teacher. I am passionate about teaching and helping students to achieve their goals.

I am excited to contribute to the learning and growth of students at St. Kevin’s by creating a positive, engaging, and supportive environment. My goal is to make every child feel valued and encouraged in their educational journey. 

Outside of school, I enjoy observing the world around me and capturing moments through photography.

I feel very fortunate to join St. Kevin’s and be a part of such a wonderful learning community. Not only are the staff supportive and welcoming, but their genuine care for every student and their passion for providing the best learning opportunities is truly inspiring. Building connections with students, guiding their learning journey and watching them progress, is the best part of my job. I am so grateful that I get to do this with all the beautiful students at St.Kevin’s.

I have worked at numerous schools but none has made me feel as at home as St Kevin’s, thanks to the wonderful staff, students and parents from this school. I feel honoured to be able to fulfil my lifelong dream of being a language teacher at this school. Outside of school, I spend my time learning other languages like Japanese, Korean and Russian

I’ve been teaching since 2009, with experience in Performing Arts, Physical Education, and senior primary education. I believe in a data-driven approach to teaching, using insights to tailor learning experiences that help every student succeed. Just as important to me is building strong connections with my students—because learning happens best when we feel supported and engaged. Outside of school, I’m a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, coach freestyle wrestling, and enjoy playing guitar. Most of all, I love spending time with my wife and son.

I love working at St. Kevin’s because every single person is extremely supportive. Outside of school you will find me exercising, running marathons or completing obstacle courses. My family runs the Muddy Hell obstacle course for kids most school holidays.

I love teaching Junior PE, seeing students thrive in their teamwork and sports skills. Outside of that, I enjoy Latin and Ballroom dancing, beach activities, bush walks, and adventures with my young children exploring Victoria. Go Liverpool FC and the Mighty Bombers!!!

I am extremely passionate about human connection and the wellbeing of our students, their families and my colleagues. Outside of school, you will find me at the G’ supporting the mighty Pies, spending time with my family and friends or at the movies eating popcorn and Maltesers!

Teaching children how to be mindfully creative is my passion. I love sharing ideas and giving my children the opportunity to create their masterpieces while building confidence in themselves and their creativity! Outside of school I host mindful art classes for adults and children.

Teaching at St. Kevins is an absolute joy. It is wonderful to watch all of our students grow in confidence, as they develop a lifelong love for learning. I am passionate about creating nurturing learning environments where students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

I feel privileged to be exploring creativity with all of our amazing students. Visual Arts provides authentic experiences where students can take risks, problem solve, and express themselves in meaningful ways.

When I am not teaching, I am chasing after my son, our dog, and working our family sheep farm.

A vibrant, hard working community demonstrating dedication and commitment for all students, understanding that each student is diverse. This is considered in teams when planning, to maximise learning for each individual, while staff  support one another.
Away from school, I enjoy catching up with family and friends over a cuppa.

I feel so fortunate that I get to be a teacher at St Kevin’s and help shape the future generation. There is nothing better than watching a child have that ‘ah moment’ when something just clicks, and they make a connection. In my spare time I love to visit the beach, read and go on adventures with my two children.

It’s a privilege working in the library. I love reading books and my highlight is to see that same appreciation and excitement showed from the students when they come to borrow a book of their choice. Apart from reading books I love everything knitting and crafts.

I love working with all the children in the classroom environment and helping with their outdoor activities as well.
I love to read, garden, crochet, sew, go for walks and play tennis.

I love working at St.Kevin’s as it reflects the practice of  our Faith. The caring and nurturing  of each individual child’s learning  is evident everyday.

As a learning support officer I love everything I do at our school especially the little groups that we do in literacy, mathematics, social skills etc. it’s such a blessing to work with them everyday. I love to cook and I enjoy making homemade traditional food and snacks.

I love working with children and find it rewarding knowing that I can make a difference in their lives.

My name is Cressy and I have been providing support to our Prep Level since 2011.  I enjoy being part of a warm, friendly and exciting school community. It’s always buzzing with activity! 

In my free time, I love travelling with my family, gardening and going for walks.

Working at St Kevin’s is like being part of a large and extended family.  The staff are wonderful to work with and very dedicated.  The children we work with are delightful and we all turn up each day because of them.  My interests are family, art, books,gardening, decorating & walking.

Hello! I am privileged to be part of an amazing team of Learning Support Officers at St. Kevin’s. My interaction with the school began in 2012, when my eldest was in Prep. Then in 2017, I joined the wonderful staff team and have loved working with children. Outside of school, I love teaching children about Jesus in my Church – Sunday School. I also love cooking, gardening, singing in a choir and reading a good “who-done-it?” book.

As a Learning Support Officer  helping children gain confidence in their learning whilst  supporting and encouraging them along the way to achieving their goals brings me great joy. When I am not in the classroom I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking with my four children.

It has been wonderful being a part of the Learning Support Officers team at St. Kevin’s. I joined the team in 2023 and enjoy working with the children to reach their goals.
Outside of school, I love reading and travelling with my husband and daughter.

I am so proud and grateful to be a part of this wonderful school community. I would love to use my talents in music to enhance and develop the extra skills of students. It’s a blessing to work with them, help with their classroom activities, and see them grow day by day. Outside of school, I love spending time with my family, playing the piano, singing with my three girls, cooking, baking, and traveling.

I am grateful to work in the St. Kevin’s primary school environment. Being a learning support officer has been such a rewarding and inspiring experience each day for me. It amazes me how everyone works together.

Seeing students progress, no matter how big or small, is a source of endless joy for me. On the weekends, I love spending time with my two lovely kids and my husband.

It has been my dream to teach little children for a long time. I’m ever so grateful for the opportunity I have to support learning at St. Kevin’s Primary School.

I have been teaching our Language School for the past few years, which I still do on the weekend. I also do makeup orders for our community members for their special events.
